this is everything i ate from one thursday to another thursday. 'feel free' to shit talk me re. non veganism, vegetarianism, eating too much, not eating enough, eating too much of the same thing, not eating enough of [something] etc...

~15 chocolate pebbles

1x 'paddlepop slushee'

1x bbq kettle chips

~800 calories mi goreng w/ tofu/broccoli/cabbage/mushroom/carrot/ginger

1x smoothie w/ banana/apple/apple juice/wheat grass/barley/spirulina

2x wholemeal toast, 1 w/ organic peanut butter 1 w/ baba ghanoush


1x smoothie w banana/'tropical' juice/wheat grass/barley/spirulina

1x 'triple chocolate cookie'

2x 'kiddy pack' burger rings

1x spinach pumpkin and feta slice (~250 calories)

2x potato medallions

assorted salad greens


1x bowl 'sultana bran' w/ rice milk

1x 'tiny-ass (~30 cal)' oatmeal slice

1x plate honey and ginger tofu w/ courgette/mushroom/'mexican style rice'


1x french toast w/ organic maple syrup

1x lemon sorbet (cup, 1.5 'scoops')

1x egg salad roll

1x plate fried rice w/ peas/seitan/egg/carrot


1x smoothie w/ banana/apple juice/spirulina/barley/wheat grass

~15 'japanese rice crackers' various shapes/sizes/colours

1x bowl 'mushroom and 3 cheese tortellini' w/ 'red wine and tomato pasta sauce' (500~ cals)

4x slices garlic bread (baguette)

1x cadbury 'black forest' chocolate, 50g

2x vegetarian sausage w/ mashed potato/carrot/broccoli
